What ages does Wildflower Academy Serve?
We currently support ages 8-13. ​Wildflower groupings combine learners of different ages, abilities, and interests to foster peer collaboration and increase community.
What are the program days at Wildflower Academy?
Program hours are:

9:00 - 2:00 Monday
9:00 - 2:00 Tuesday
9:00 - 2:00 Wednesday
Mornings focus on collaborative, parent-directed learning plans that can include academic enrichments - mathematics, social studies, ELA, and science groups.

Afternoons are dedicated to art, social/group activities, and child-led learning opportunities
​
Family Participation & Primary Educator Responsibilities
Wildflower Academy participation is optional, though families enjoy consistent attendance to maximize the benefits of extended enrichment sessions, shared resources, and collaborative learning. Families can withdraw or modify participation at any time.
​
Our programs are supplemental. Parents remain the primary educators and retain full responsibility for their child’s instruction, learning plans, progress, assessment, and record keeping in compliance with NJ homeschool law.
What is the program fee at Wildflower Academy?
Wildflower Academy's program year extends 36 weeks over 10 months. ​​​​

The annual program fee is calculated for the full program year. To make budgeting easier for families, the total fee is divided into 10 equal monthly installments (September–June). These monthly installments remain the same regardless of holidays, shorter months, or program breaks, as they represent a portion of the annual fee rather than payment for individual program sessions.

Please Note: Monthly payment must be submitted by the 1st of each month for continued attendance.

Registration fee of $375 is required upon enrollment annually. This covers program materials cost.​​

Wildflower Academy is a not-for-profit company that relies on program fees to operate.
How are parent's involved at Wildflower Academy?
We warmly welcome parent involvement and value your collaboration in our program!
Your participation enriches the learning experience for all children and strengthens our community.

Here are some ways our parents get involved:​

- Lead a class, workshop, or hands-on activity in your area of expertise (e.g., science experiments, art, music, or literature).

- Assist our staff during lessons to support small groups.
​
- Organizing Parent-led Events and Activities

- Mentor students in hobbies, leadership, or academic enrichment projects.
